It's finally happened, y'all! Kim Kardashian is pregnant with boyfriend Kanye West's baby! (Guess this is what Kim was referring to when she told us Friday she has "big plans" for New Year's Eve.)

The rapper took the opportunity to announce the news Sunday night at his Atlantic City concert, telling the audience: "stop the music and make noise for my baby mama," referring to Kim, who was in the audience. Awww, how sweet; his first baby mama reference!

Kim's family, of course, Tweeted their congratulations. Kourtney wrote: "Been wanting to shout from the rooftops with joy and now I can! Another angel to welcome to our family. Overwhelmed with excitement!"

Khloe Tweeted: "Keeping secrets is hard with so many family members! Especially when you are so freaking excited! Love is everything!"

This is the first child for both - Kanye, 35, and Kim, 32, began dating earlier this year after Kim filed for divorce from Kris Humphries following a 72-day marriage. Kim was previously married to music producer Damon Thomas in 2000 and the pair divorced four years later.

Is Kanye predicted in his single "White Dress" that he and Kim may be the next to walk down the aisle? Kim'll have to settle her divorce from Humphries first -- they're still legally married!

Talk about a baby bump! Ms. Amber Rose has got a pretty good-sized pregnant belly and the little bambino (with daddy Wiz Khalifa) should be due any day now.

Despite reports a heavily-pregnant Reese Witherspoon was ordered to bed rest by her doctor, the actress was out and about in Malibu Saturday with her son Deacon and hubby Jim Toth.

Parenthood won't be the only change for these two, their vampire show's losing its head honcho, creator Alan Ball, who's retiring from the show to work on other projects. Co-executive producer Mark Hudis, who's worked on the show for the past two seasons, will take over the reigns next season.

Kourtney Kardashian and boyfriend Scott Disick welcomed a baby girl Sunday -- Penelope Scotland Disick, weighing in at 7 lbs, 14 ounces.

The 33-year-old star had an all-natural birth, according to E! News. The reality show star told her network: "Scott and I are overjoyed to welcome our precious angel Penelope Scotland Disick into our lives. We are forever blessed. Mommy and baby are resting comfortably."

The baby was born early Sunday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

So will the big moment be shared with Keeping Up With The Kardashian viewers, as Mason's birth was? Kourtney said on the Tonight Show a few weeks ago: "We're gonna film it again ourselves, and honestly, my experience last time was so peaceful and calm and everything you don't see in the movies. And I really wanted to share that with people so they knew it doesn't have to be a crazy screaming session" So we'll have to wait and see what the proud parents decide this time!

Jessica Simpson celebrated the impending birth of her baby girl with family and friends by her side, Sunday. Simpson, 31, and boyfriend Eric Johnson were joined by Jess' sis Ashlee and her ex-husband, Pete Wentz and his new girlfriend Megan (awkward!). Celeb guests included Ellen Pompeo and Jessica Alba -- Simpson's Fashion Star co-star Nicole Richie was noticeably absent ...

A little baby bump isn't slowing down Sienna Miller! The actress showed off her new shape on the set of A Case of You, which was shooting in New York Friday.

Miller will star alongside Brendan Faser, Evan Rachel Wood, Busy Phillips and Justin Long in a film written by Long himself. The script centers on a writer looking for love online.

Blue Ivy Carter was born Saturday in New York. Some news outlets are also reporting the name is Ivy Blue.

Beyonce had checked into Lenox Hill Hospital under the pseudonym "Ingrid Jackson," according to a NY Daily News report.

Baby Blue was born via c-section, according to Good Morning America. Since the little girl's birth, various music superstars have been sending out congratulatory Tweets to the new parents.

Jay and B's friend Rihanna Tweeted, "Welcome to the world princess Carter! Love Aunty Rih"

Russell Simmons wrote, "congrats to my good friends Beyonce and Jay-Z."

Beyonce first announced her pregnancy last August while walking the red carpet at the MTV Video Music Awards.
