Salma is pregnant. Women of an already curvy disposition tend to get a little more full-figured and remember no two pregnant women look the same when expecting. She is a gorgeous woman...pregnant or not.

just because her boobs are massive does not mean she is having twins jesus she is a curvy girl so that is normal.
and women in pregnancy are very fragile (my little sister was)and they get very emtional and upset that people see them as fat THEY FEEL IT ALL READY!!
