President Obama hosted Silicon Valley's tech moguls at the White House on Thursday night, including Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, Apple's Steve Jobs (who's currently on a medical leave-of-absence from his company) and the heads of Google and Twitter among others.
The moguls wouldn't dish on exactly what was discussed at the meeting, but a White House spokesperson did say, "The president specifically discussed his proposals to invest in research, and development and expand incentives for companies to grow and hire."
Mark Zuckerberg already had face time with Oprah Winfrey, and now the president! Like Obi-Wan Kenobi, instead of being struck down by his unflattering portrayal in Oscar contender The Social Network, it's only made him even more powerful than before...
Of course, Zuckerberg has repeatedly said his real life wasn't nearly as interesting as what the movie portrayed. We certainly hope not!
