Prince Harry has been named the world's most eligible bcahelor by Town & Country, beating out 39 other drool-worthy hunks!

Among other reasons, the British prince is desirable because of his royal status, flirting abilities, and helicopter flying skills.

The list also included American hotties like Tim Tebow, Connor Kennedy, and Patrick Schwarzenegger. Basketball star Jeremy Lin, speech writer Jon Favreau, and golfer Adam Scott also made the cut.

There are millions of girls that dream of being a princess, and the royal redhead holds the golden ticket!

Prince Harry is remaining focused on his deployment in Afghanistan, and not on the nude romp he had back in August, according to the St. James Palace.

The 27-year-old royal had filed a complaint against The Sun for reprinting nude photos of him from a wild night in Vegas, but he won't be pursuing legal action anymore.

A St. James' Palace spokesperson released the following statement on Harry's behalf:

"We remain of the opinion that a hotel room is a private space where its occupants would have a reasonable expectation of privacy. Prince Harry is currently focused entirely on his deployment in Afghanistan, so to pursue a complaint relating to his private life would not be appropriate at this time and would prove to be a distraction."

Harry was shipped out to Afghanistan earlier this month for a 4-month combat tour for the British military.

First came the naked photos, and now comes the details!

British-born Carrie Reichert was one of nine girls hand selected to party with Prince Harry and his entourage during the now infamous Vegas trip, and the 32-year-old is revealing new details about her wild - naked! - night with Princess Diana's son.

"We kissed, he was naked at the time, and pretty open. It was a drunken fumble. It wasn't romantic, just fun," she divulged.

"He was a gentleman, but he was so wasted. The alcohol affected him. I was there for 15 to 20 minutes," she added.

The San Diego-based beautician went on to describe the escapades going on in the VIP suite. "Harry was already undressed. It was just crazy. He looked actually delirious. There was a pool table and he was playing air guitar with pool sticks. He was screaming out, 'Somebody get me a glove! I'm going to do a Michael Jackson impression!" Reichert revealed.

Although the blonde beauty confesses that both girls and guys were in various states of undress and intoxicated, she denies that there was any type of orgy going on, and insists that it was mostly cheeky, innocent fun.

"There was billiards being played. Harry was being randomly funny, going from the billiards to the bedroom. He wasn't the only one naked. There were girls naked. The guys were half dressed. It was not like an orgy going on, it was just sexy naked. It was almost like a game. He was trying to get everybody to get naked. That was the whole point of him being naked," she insisted.

So was the Prince a gentleman?

"He told me I was beautiful and gorgeous, which was sweet. Then we kind of nonchalantly returned to the party and kept drinking," she dished.

Prince Harry has deleted his Facebook account after nude photos from his Las Vegas vacation hit the web last week.

The 27-year-old prince is "terrified" that more scandalous pictures will surface from an "even wilder" trip in the British Virgin Islands on Sir Richard Branson’s private Necker Island, which took place about a week before his romp in Sin City.

Harry is reportedly a "huge fan of the social networking site" and he went under the pseudonym "Spike Wells." Harry had around 400 friends, and he was updating his page as recently as last week. Some of the Necker Island photos were also posted on his friends' pages, two of whom deleted their accounts as well.

And Facebook isn't the only thing he might be kissing goodbye! According to The Sun, Harry's new girlfriend, model Cressida Bonas may have broken up with the hunky royal, as she is "humiliated" over the pictures, which show the naked prince hugging an unidentified young lady, who is also completely naked. "He's ruined his chances now," pals of the heiress tell the tabloid. "Harry has blown it. Cressida saw a future with him, but he clearly isn't as serious about her as he claimed to be."

Despite the fact that Rupert Murdoch's The Sun newspaper published the nude photos of Harry, the media mogul is defending the party-loving prince. "Prince Harry. Give him a break," Murdoch tweeted on Saturday. "He may be on the public payroll one way or another, but the public loves him, even to enjoy Las Vegas ... Only lesson for Prince Harry: avoid playmates with cameras!"

However, the nude photos might be the least of his concerns, as one of the women who partied with Harry on the 63rd floor of the Wynne Las Vegas and Encore Resort Hotel is set to tell all on US TV in the next few days ... wonder what she has to say!?

Several photos of a completely naked Prince Harry partying in Las Vegas hit the web yesterday, and while the pics are getting tons of attention, it's probably not the kind the royal family wants!

The 27-year-old prince reportedly went to the hotel bar at the MGM Grand with his buddies over the weekend, and after downing some cocktails, Harry brought several ladies back to his hotel room for a game of strip pool. Lucky them!

One shot shows the red-headed hunk covering his privates with his hands, and in another photo he's seen hugging a naked woman from behind. A rep for the royal family tells TMZ, "We have no comment to make on the photos at this time."

Over the weekend, Harry was also spotted racing Olympic gold medalist Ryan Lochte in the hotel's pool at 3am ... I guess what happens in Vegas doesn't always stay there!

This isn't the first time he's caused controversy: Back in 2004, a then-20-year-old Harry attended a costume party wearing a swastika armband, and tabloids across the globe published the picture with the headline "Harry The Nazi." A rep for the royal family apologized for the incident, adding "[Prince Harry] realizes it was a poor choice of costume."

Prince Harry has arrived!

One of the world's most desirable bachelors has just touched down in the United States to begin his military training in Southern California and Arizona for the next two months.

The Prince, a British Army captain, will be taking part in Exercise Crimson Eagle, the final part of his Apache helicopter training course, in which he will practice live-firing exercises for the first time.

Harry will be based at Naval Air Facility El Centro, one of the locations used in Tom Cruise's 1986 flick Top Gun.

And while there isn't much of a social scene where the party-loving Prince is stationed, he will get a chance to spend 48 hours in Sin City to blow off a little steam during his stay!

Once Harry completes the course, he will be assigned to an Apache squadron with 16 Air Assault Brigade, and await deployment to Afghanistan.

Rumors have been circulating that Prince Harry, 26, is dating Pippa Middleton, 27 -- the younger sister of Harry's brother William's new wife, Kate. Talk heated up after Pippa split from her banker boyfriend Alex Loudon a few weeks ago.

But Harry confirmed to The Daily Mail that he and Pippa are not an item. It seems the rumors are more what the public wants than what really is! Harry attended the Hard Rock Calling concert at Hyde Park in London Friday night, where he said he and Pippa's friendship is "strictly platonic."

"Pippa? Ha! No, I am not seeing anyone at the moment. I'm 100 percent single ... I'm working a lot at the moment, so dating and watching TV are the last things I have time for. I am hoping to get a holiday in August. I haven't been to South Africa in a long time, so maybe I'll go there."

South Africa is the home of Harry's ex, Chelsy Davy, 25. The two were schoolmates and dated on and off for years, and Davy attended William and Kate's wedding. But Harry is moving on -- a source told the Mail he spent much of the night at the concert in deep conversation with an American blonde.

As the world gears up for the royal wedding between Prince William and Kate Middleton on April 29th, William's little brother Harry is stealing some of the spotlight for himself -- for a good cause.

Harry covers the May issue of British GQ in honor of his upcoming North Pole trek with "Walking with the Wounded", a team of wounded British soldiers who aim to be the first amputees to reach the pole and raise 2 million pounds (3.2 million dollars) for charities that focus on the rehabilitation of British ex-servicemen and women.

The trek starts later this week and the team aims to finish no later than April 26th -- in time to get Harry back home for his brother's wedding, of course. Experts put the team's chances of succeeding at 40 to 60 per cent.

But Harry, a patron of the team, is not daunted by the task. "This extraordinary expedition will raise awareness of the debt that this country owes to those it sends off to fight - only for them to return wounded and scarred, physically and emotionally," he told the mag. "The debt extends beyond immediate medical care and short-term rehabilitation. These men and women have given so much. We must recognize their sacrifice, be thankful, so far as we can ever repay them for it."
