Prince William and Catherine Middleton exchanged vows at Westminster Abbey in London Friday, taking the new titles of Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
Kate, 29, wore a custom gown by Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen which featured a 6-foot-long train. William, 28, was waiting for her at the altar and mouthed the words, "You look beautiful," when she arrived to meet him.
The Archbishop of Canterbury conducted the ceremony and the couple exchanged "I will"'s instead of "I do"'s. And per royal tradition, the couple didn't kiss at the altar. They saved the smooch for the balcony of Buckingham palace, before all their fans

i love how one of the English commentator interviews a royal insider (forgot the name) prior to the ceremony and asks him what career paths will Kate Middleton take pursue and he names like several professions.. That made me laugh. What a joke. This woman had 8 years with William doing nothing. And on top of that, she has no major ties or association to charities. Sounds like a lazy free riding royal consort to me.
