Rachel Bilson Gets Ready For Halloween

Rachel Bilson went to a local party store in Hollywood this morning to gather up some last minute Halloween supplies, but the black plastic bag blocked us from getting a peek at her costume and spooky decorations. Rachel doesn't exactly seem like the partying type when it comes to costumes ... our guess is she's helping her adorable little sister Hattie put on some sort of production!

Someone explain to me why this POS is featured in magazines?
And why do designers still loan her clothes?
If she had to pay for those clothes herself she would not even be able to wear them.
She is dull as can be and not much to look at.
Her last role was ages ago in OC and not very memorable at that.
