Trick or Treat!

It must be a treat, because Rachel would never play a trick on us!

We spotted the O.C. alum out with her dog in Hollywood the other day, and it looks like she had some yummy treats to feed him! Speaking of yummy, damn Rach! Ms. Bilson manages to look perfectly perfect... even while holding a dog leash.

Now that takes skill!

Adam Brody must be seriously missing her by now!
