Rod Stewart's ex-wife Rachel Hunter was spotted looking a hot mess out in Hollywood last night, but is she still hot or just a plain mess?

Model Rachel Hunter, 38, is engaged to Canadian hockey player Jarret Stoll, 26, her manager Andy Hayden has confirmed.

Hunter took Stoll to her native New Zealand this past week, where local station 3 News first reported the couple's engagement.

Hunter and Stoll have been together for nearly two years, and they currently live in Los Angeles with Hunter's two children from her previous marriage to rocker Rod Stewart.

Rod went to Italy to get married, and all his ex, Rachel Hunter got was a parking ticket! Stacy's mom's still got it goin' on, though.

Lindsay Lohan was staying home, nursing her body back to health...yeah, right! She was over at West Hollywood hotspot Winston's, partying with friends on Friday night until 2am! Cindy Crawford, still looking gorgeous, with husband Rande Gerber were having a late night dinner at Mr. Chow. Kid Rock was there at the same time (but at a separate table) looking much more forlorn than the happy couple. Meanwhile, Adam Brody was over at Hyde- with The O.C. ending next month, guess the only place we're gonna get to see him is on X17online.com and whatever next movie he has coming out! Rachel Hunter (Stacy's Mom) and Brett Ratner also made an appearance at Hyde while Dane Cook signed autographs and posed for pix outside of The Laugh Factory. Look out for MySpace fave Jeffree Star, who shows off his new "bling" to us at the end of the video. Perhaps it was inspired by Lindsay?

Marry a rock-star? Check. Dance around in skimpy clothing in a music video? Check. Appear in a reality show? Check! What's left for Rachel Hunter, aka former Sports Illustrated swimsuit supermodel, Rod Stewart's ex, and "Stacy's Mom" to do? From the looks of these pix, my guess is that Rachel's resigned herself to the final stage of the supermodel's career: MILF.
