Tiger Woods' former mistress Rachel Uchitel welcomed a baby girl Tuesday night, her rep confirms. It is the first child for the 36-year-old and her husband Matt Hahn, who wed last October following the brunette bombshell's stint on Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew.

Uchitel, who lost her fiance Andy O'Grady in the September 11 attacks on the World Trade Center, was thrust into the public eye when news broke that she was one of the many women involved in the Tiger Woods cheating scandal.

After making a name for herself as a VIP hostess and nightclub manager, the new mom is now in the process of getting her forensic investigation license.

We wonder if the golf great sent over a congratulatory baby gift?!

Rachel Uchitel, who rose to fame after revealing she had multiple affairs with Tiger Woods, is showing the world her baby bump!

The nightclub manager, seen with her hubby Matt Hahn, Tweeted the above photo and the following:

"Expecting big things for 2012. Five down, four months to go."

This is the first child for Uchitel, 36, who tied the knot with Hahn in October. She was previously engaged to James Andrew O'Grady, an investment banker killed during the World Trade Center attacks on September 11, 2001.

Uchitel was also married to Wall Street trader Steven Ehrenkranz in 2004, but the two split after only four months.

Tiger Woods' mistress is a married woman!

Rachel Uchitel, best known for affairs with both the golfer and Bones star David Boreanz, wed former Penn State football player-turned-insurance broker Matt Hahn in Las Vegas over the weekend.

"We are really happy and feel extremely fortunate to have one another," she said in a statement.

The two obtained a marriage license Sunday night and filed it in a Clark County, Nev., court Monday morning at 8:58 a.m. They wed in front of 12 friends in Las Vegas' Little White Wedding Chapel.

Though the wedding was spontaneous, the San Francisco-based duo have been living together for about 10 months. In September, the 36-year-old even admitted to Page Six Magazine that she knew she wanted to marry him. "He's normal," she said. "He's not a famous person. I find him to be grounded and I'm totally going to marry him."

Last night we spotted the infamous Rachel Uchitel leaving BOA in West Hollywood, and we're not sure who she had dinner with, but she was definitely dressed to impress. After all, out of all of Tiger Woods' mistresses, Rach was definitely the classiest!

Rachel Uchitel's involvement with Celebrity Rehab is causing plenty of drama. Tiger's alleged mistress has checked in ... then out ... and now back in again to Dr. Drew's facility. Now Michael Lohan is saying her involvement with the show is his doing ... and he wants to make sure he gets paid for it.

Lohan claims that he introduced Rachel to her manager, David Weintraub, months ago. At the time of the meeting, Lohan says Weintraub agreed to pay him 25% of whatever projects Rachel takes on.

According to Lohan, Uchitel is earning $500,000 to appear on Celebrity Rehab 4 with Dr. Drew ... and he wants his 25%. However, Lohan says that Weintraub has been ignoring calls from Lohan's attorney Lisa Bloom in the hopes of avoiding any payment.

As for Rachel Uchitel appearing on Lohan's upcoming web show Celebrity House NY, he says she'll make an appearance towards the end of the season.

Reps for VH1's Celebrity Rehab have not been available for comment.

Celebrity Rehab's newest resident Rachel Uchitel took a break from a nice therapeutic game of bowling yesterday to get some advice from fellow rehabber Janice Dickinson.

We can't imagine what words of wisdom Janice was imparting on her younger lookalike (maybe what plastic surgeon to use in LA?) but it looked like a deep and intimate conversation ... until Jason Davis walked in on them:

Janice Dickinson, Tiger mistress Rachel Uchitel, Jason Wahler, and Jeremy London will be among the residents on season four of Dr. Drew's Celebrity Rehab.

The network announced yesterday that they'll be joining Leif Garrett, Jason Davis, and Keyisha Cole's mother Frankie Lons at the 21-day program in Pasadena for the VH1 series.

Wahler, star of Laguna Beach, has been arrested six times for alcohol-related incidents, while Jeremy London most recently claimed he was kidnapped and forced to do drugs, a fact his family has serious doubts about.

As for Janice and Rachel (who will also be making an appearance on Michael Lohan's Celebrity House), we didn't know Celebrity Rehab dealt with plastic surgery and sex addictions!

Despite stating, "David Boreanaz is not part of my life, nor will he be" last week, some incriminating text messages between Rachel Uchitel and the married star have mysteriously hit the web, and Rachel has released a statement on the matter.

After Uchitel contacted the actor asking to see him, he responded, "This is not a good time." Uchitel (who has also been linked to Tiger Woods, Ryan Seacrest, Stephen Dorff, among others) then wrote, "Just f*cking go and be with her," and when Boreanaz said, "Why do u act like such a f*cking child!!! She is my wife," Rachel exploded and said, "Oh, please!! ... You're such a liar. You're never leaving. You've wasted my time and I'm once again alone." She added, "I can't f*cking be alone anymore. I've been alone my entire life." Woah really? We thought she had Tiger and a slew of other men to keep her busy?

Gloria Allred claims Rachel "understood that [Boreanaz] was unhappy in his marriage and had been for some time and she had reason to believe that he intended to separate from his wife," and that she was the one who dumped him! Allred also revealed that there is a video of David telling Rachel "how much he loved her, that he loved her then and that he would love her forever. She has kept the video."

Rachel released the following statement:

"I did not intend to make any statements about David Boreanaz and our relationship. However, given the fact that texts were published this morning over my objection that were not authentic, taken completely out of context or incomplete, I feel compelled to address the false picture that has been portrayed. For reasons unknown to me I believe that someone is deliberately trying to portray me in a false light. These texts should not have been published. I am in possession of many authentic text messages between David and myself which portray a completely different picture than the one based upon the texts that have been published today.

First of all I want to make it clear that he pursued me. Second, the authentic texts which I have reveal that David Boreanaz repeatedly expressed his deep love and affection towards me. Third, I broke off the relationship because I no longer respected or trusted him. Finally, I am deeply hurt and offended that anyone would think that I wanted to break up his family. Nothing could be further from the truth."
