After attending the same exclusive party where Hilary Duff and her family were guests, celeb stylist Rachel Zoe looked a bit worn out as she took baby Skyler and hubby Rodger Berman to lunch in Beverly Hills, on Saturday afternoon.

The reality star has been busy working on her new couture clothing line, after showing off her sparkly creation at the Met Ball in NYC, which was worn by international supermodel Karolina Kurkova.

Zoe revealed to Fab Sugar after creating her first couture creation for the Ball, "Not in my lifetime did I ever think that would be a reality – that was the dream fulfilled beyond what I could ever imagine. I spent a lot of nights dreaming about what I would want that to look like." She added, "I can’t wait to do more and I love it."

We have to admit, little Sklyer is one of the most beautiful -- and best dressed! -- celeb babies in Tinseltown!

Looking chic in a a black top and pants, sky high stilettos and a chunky black and white sweater, Rachel Zoe carried her precious cargo to a waiting car, while hubby Rodger Berman was stuck carrying the luggage as they hurried to catch a flight out of LA, on Thursday afternoon.

The celebrity stylist-turned reality star always makes sure her 1-year-old son is dressed to the nines, and she's having a blast dressing up her little man.

Zoe recently told US Weekly, "It's so much more fun shopping for him. I buy him everything! Little linen pants, tank tops and shorts…Seersucker jackets and newsboy hats and Gucci…I can't stop. It's like a disease."

I don't like shopping for myself anymore. It's so crazy because at the end of the day he has no freakin' idea what I'm putting on him."
