Rachel Zoe is in need of a good nutritionist. At her age, being a skeleton is not only unattractive, it is dangerous.

She looks 10 years older than others her age. She looks older than her older sister. Being a bone clothes hanger is ugly.

Her bones are protruding and are quietly disintegrating due to malnutrition and will lead to Osteoporosis, Her skin is sallow weak, thin and her hair is brittle and no amount of Botox will make her look fresh and youthful again.

At this point, she needs to eat at least breakfast, lunch and dinner, including whole grains, yogurts, fish and chicken in order to stop the aging process happening to her due to her constant state of starvation that has taken a toll on her body.

Rachel does not even recognize how awful she looks at this point because of her distorted body image problems, for which she needs intense counseling.

Rachel needs to get away from the stress, soul-less fakery, and vacuousness that is Hollywood and New York Seventh Ave. for a few months to heal and feed her body and soul.

In one episode of her TV show, Rachel told Brad and Taylor she was going to the doctor for stomach pains, and all Brad could muster was to make a face like he was about to gag. No real empathy from selfish fashionistas.

Rachel, being around self-absorbed superficial people all the time will keep you ill.

Rachel, you need to take Roger and move away for a few months or you will continue aging and disintegrating.
