The DUI club has a new member: Rebecca DeMornay! The actress, the story goes, was pulled over for a traffic violation on October 30th, and was asked to perform a few field sobriety tests because "officers immediately detected the odor of alcohol." After failing the tests, DeMornay was taken to the Beverly Hills police station, cited, and released just before 1 AM with a blood alcohol level of .09 (the legal limit in California, of course, is .08). At least nobody got hurt - although the incident's certainly going to do some damage to Rebecca's wallet!
We hate to be glib, but it's true - drunk driving is some Risky Business!

.09 is legally drunk, despite being the B.A.C. level Britney Spears has when she wakes up.
Sorry to hear this about Rebecca. I love her in the movies. She's a great actress.
I don't know why these people don't just hire someone to drive them around so they don't hurt anyone or get in any trouble. They can all afford drivers. Love you Rebecca!
