He recently filed to amend the custody settlement so that he shares equal physical with time equally apportioned. That is hell for little kids. Shuttling them back and forth! Where is "home?" There is also buzz that he was extremely jealous of Jake being with his kids...the kids liked Jake. He is fun and affectionate and very calm. Ryan is a 'ho who likes the clubs and his druggie friends. Bet if Reese wanted to, she could really throw the book at him. I think she is trying not to create a worse scandal for the kids' sake. He is crazy to mess with her considering what she has on him!

peoplewhoknowpeople obviously knows nothing about this situation. Ryan doesn't get a dime more or less because of custody. The kids barely caught a glimps of Jake and adore their father. Reese doesn't have a leg to stand on to prevent Ryan from equal rights to the kids and maybe THAT is causing her constipated expression.

Reese and Jake were definitely together and Ryan was definitely jealous. Jake has met the kids. He had several visits with them over seven months...and he met Reese's mother, too. And yes there is $$$ involved,automatic with custodial rights. Reese didn't need Ryan's $$$ and waived financial. She also asked at that time that the court waive Ryan's financial claims. When he re-opened custody, he re-opened the $$ issue indirectly. The court wants to know how much support the kids get financially for their own protection. And absolutely NO. Reese will not let her kids be around a druggie. Or druggie friends. She was real specific about the conditions under which the kids could be around certain things. Now, he is retaliating more because of his image and his ego and yes, bcz of jealousy. No one said Ryan doesn't love his kids. If you ask him he goes on and on about it! (He told Ellen on TV that Ava was "helping him" get thru his divorce!) But his management told him he had an image problem. He didn't help it bcz he DID cheat, he does whore around and he does hang out in clubs looking for action like a single guy in his early t 20's instead of a father of 32!. Ryan has a very bad reputation. (Not too long ago Britney followed him into the men's room at a club!If she's crazy, he is definitely a slut!) Yeah, he looks hot, if you like baby-faced, pouty types. But he is not a nice person. He is very self-centered and childish and very moody. He was never stopped from seeing his kids. Ever. He just had to be sober. LOL! I adore Reese. There is no "reopening" of any part of this divorce because nothing was ever closed. Reese filed a petition. Her petition stated her demands, Ryan had six months to file his petition which he did. He stated his demands. The next step in any divorce is to have a discussion prior to going to court to see if the parties involved can come to an agreement without needing a judge to intervene. In California which is a community property state based on Ryan's petition which waived support he will not get one dime more if he gets joint custody.
