She's back from the Big Apple!

Reese Witherspoon touched down at LAX last night, and the actress either left husband Jim Toth on the East Coast or he took a separate flight!

The blonde beauty wore a casual ensemble of jeans, a blazer, and pink flats, but we were so stunned by her post-baby weight loss we barely even noticed her cute outfit!

The Oscar winner just signed on to star opposite her Walk The Line co-star Joaquin Phoenix in Inherent Vice. The film is centered on a stoner detective who gets embroiled in a case about the kidnapping of an ex-girlfriend.

She's not letting her Atlanta arrest get the best of her!

She's back to blonde ... and back to behaving herself!

On Tuesday Reese Witherspoon and husband Jim Toth lunched in New York City with a pal, and it appeared as though the CAA agent was sipping on a glass of rose wine during their meal. After that the duo went shopping, and while Jim wasn't exactly in the mood to have his picture taken, Reese was all smiles when X17 photographers snapped her strutting down the street.

The two have been maintaining relatively low profiles since their arrests in Atlanta last month, and judging by the smile on her face, it seems like Reese has completely moved on! But we'll always have that video...

We knew she'd be back!

Reese Witherspoon sported her blonde locks as she and husband Jim Toth came out to support her son Deacon's soccer game in Brentwood on Saturday. We like!

The Academy Award winning actress, who had dyed her hair brunette while filming The Good Lie, and her hubby were in good spirits the entire day and were even sharing sweet kisses while taking in the festivities.

Glad they were able to put their incident in Atlanta behind them!

Ryan Phillippe and Reese Witherspoon were snapped at daughter Ava's track meet in Los Angeles on Wednesday afternoon, but we didn't see Reese's hubby Jim Toth anywhere. He's usually sitting right next to her cheering on the kids, so maybe he was swamped with work at CAA? Or is he still just maintaining a low profile after his embarrassing DUI arrest last month?

A source tells X17online exclusively:

"Reese and Ryan talked for a very long time, and they were smiling and laughing ... They had a lot to say to each other, which is very unusual."

Reese's mom Betty was there with the former spouses, who split in 2006 after 7 years of marriage. Glad to see she can still turn to Ryan for support after their nasty divorce!

The couple were arrested in Atlanta on April 19 after Toth was pulled over on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. Toth blew a .139 on a breathalyzer test and was taken into custody, and Witherpoon was arrested for disorderly conduct after disobeying a police officer who told her to stay inside the car.

Last week Witherspoon's lawyer Bruce Morris plead no contest on her behalf for physical obstruction of another, and Toth plead guilty to driving under the influence. Toth won't have to serve any time in jail, but he will be on probation for 12 months and he must perform 40 hours of community service and attend an alcohol education program.

Their arrest video hit the web last week, and not only does Toth laugh at one point during the clip, but after Reese has her drunken outburst he tells the arresting office that he had "nothing to do with that."

Note to Reese: Leave it alone already!

A clip surfaced last month of Reese Witherspoon being taken in to an Atlanta police station, but now the video of her mouthing off to her arresting officer has hit the web, and we've never seen this side of the Oscar winner!

As you know, the former Legally Blonde star was arrested for disorderly conduct on April 19 after her husband Jim Toth was pulled over on a DUI traffic stop. Witherspoon disobeyed the officer and stepped out of her car, and when he began to cuff her, she flipped out. "Do you know my name sir?" Reese barked. When the officer said he didn't need to know, Reese added, "You're about to find out who I am!" Toth stayed calm during the drama, but after Reese was cuffed he told the cop, "I'm sorry, I had nothing to do with that." (Yesterday Witherspoon plead no contest to physical obstruction of another.)

Witherspoon went on Good Morning America for her first interview since the arrest on Thursday morning, and she apologized again and admitted that she said a number of crazy things, including that she was pregnant! "I know better. It's just unacceptable," she said.
