If Jake is doing Reese, it's not a forever, serious thing. He has said he really wants to have kids and she is 30 and already has two, a boy and a girl. I think she puts a lot of time and effort into her kids so I'd be surprised if she wanted to have more. And Ryan is very much involved with his kids, too. He's not an absentee father so his kids wouldn't necessarily be up for a "step-dad." I think maybe she and Jake are friends and maybe having a fling, but it isn't going anywhere.
