Reese Runs With A New Crowd

Yesterday Reese Witherspoon and two pals shopped in Beverly Hills, and we're not sure what the group was chatting about, but it sure seemed to lighten the Oscar winner's mood! After breaking up with Jake, it seems like Reese is coping quite well - not only is she surrounding herself with friends, but she's been busting her booty at spinning class and she's got the figure to prove it!
But who is this guy? This is the second time we've spotted them out together this week...
Family member perhaps?

Her Dad? I swore I saw pics of her dad and he wasn't that tall!
I've seen him before in pics with Reese and Jake form last year. I thought at the time that he was a friend of Jake's because there were some pics of just Jake and thsi guy.
He could be some type of assistant/PA.
