Reese Celebrates Her Birthday, Fiance Jim Toth Freaks Out On Photographers

Reese Witherspoon celebrated her 35th birthday at Tavern in Brentwood with the entire family, but her fiance Jim Toth wasn't in the mood for pictures.
While the family left the restaurant, Toth flipped out on photographers, verbally assaulting them and giving the finger .... all in the presence of Reese's young kids Ava and Deacon. Not only was Reese's soon-to-be-hubby grabbing the cameras, but he also physically pushed the camera guys.
After photographers told Toth the cameras were catching this, he replied, "I don't give a f**k." See the video below!
Not a great way to start the week for the bride-to-be who is reportedly getting married this weekend at her country estate in Ojai, California.
After witnessing the mayhem outside of the restaurant, Reese quickly went inside the waiting SUV with her kids.
