When we snapped Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal leaving the Hollywood Bowl after the Ray LaMontagne, Jenny Lewis, and Blitzen Trapper concerts, the Oscar-winner was toting a beer in her hand and her hunky boyfriend on her other arm. However, as soon as the cute couple spotted photogs, they got a bit grumpy! Reese scolded them from the car window, while Jake made a bunch of silly faces and hand gestures in an effort to shoo them away...

My cousin went to high school with Jake and actually dated him for a couple of months. She laughs every time she reads peoples' comments saying he's "gay," and she always, always says the same thing: "If only they knew how wrong they were." My cousin also said that Jake thinks it's hilarious that people call him Gay and that most of the guys in H'Wood find the gay myths and rumors about themselves and other actors to be entertaining and more of a game than anything else.Some of them purposely play "gay" to throw the fans off. Matt McC. and george Clooney are good examples of that type of teasing behavior; it's all an act. Well, with many of them it's an act, anyway.

I think the Jake is Gay nonsense is funny considering that all I ever heard about him was that he was really horny and had "roaming hands." When he hung out at clubs around NYC, he was pretty agressive after a few drinks. Not in a mean way, just overly persistent. LOL! This was about 8 or ten years ago. Maybe he "turned" gay later LOL!
