Regis Philbin Sells Connecticut Estate For $3 Million

Regis Philbin has sold his 5,919 square-foot Connecticut home for $3 million.
The 80-year-old TV host had originally listed the palatial spread for $5.9 million back in 2008. This new buyer certainly got a great deal!
The six bedroom pad located in Greenwich has large garden areas, a massive pool and a library. As for the decor, it's questionable ... in our opinion. Then again, the new buyer will have a gorgeous canvas to play with.
Regis and his wife Joy currently live in Manhattan.
What a spread!

Wise to sell it now even at a loss cause it's gonna get worse.
The Values are not coming back until 2020 or 2023 according to experts.

He didn't get a deal, the market was out of whack with what was realistic. Regis paid too much. The downward housing cost is keeping it real, but too bad many got trapped in the slide back to reality.
