Richie Sambora Faces Child Endangerment Charges

Looks like Richie Sambora's legal woes are still mounting - now it's being reported that, in addition to a misdemeanor DUI, the rocker's also looking at child endangerment charges!
ET confirms that the cops have recommended that the rocker be hit with both charges in relation to his arrest last month. "The case went over to the court early last week," a spokesman told the show. "It is now their decision whether or not they will charge him with both, one, or no pending charges."
Richie's going to be heading to court to face the music on May 7th - we'll keep you posted if he ends up facing any more charges!
Poor Richie - but, then again, what other kind of outcome could he have expected driving drunk to lead to?

Rich or poor a drunk is a drunk. To drive drunk with kids in your car is lower than low. he well allways be rembered for this.

What a freaking LOSER!!! Driving around with children in the car. Bet that whore he was with didn't say anything because of his money. Skank. What a bunch of losers. Driving while drinking when they have tons of money to get cabs, limos, drivers. Pathetic.
The toxicology results must be back! It was depending on what they said whether or not to charge him with child endangerment.
