Rick Salomon was hanging out in Malibu this weekend with a mystery blonde, and he was literally across the street from Pam and Tommy.
Hmmm...wonder if he's trying to make a more famous blonde jealous?
P.S. Rick - what's with the red shirt, track pants and hat combo? Haven't we seen something like this before?
