Can Rihanna Rock The Bubble Dress?

Sometimes she puts together some kooky combinations, but I always love Rihanna's original style.
And normally I'm not a big fan of the pouf, but I think she looks absolutely adorable in this bubble hem mini dress and converse on the set of her new video shoot in Hollywood!
(And even more so with boyfriend Chris Brown at her side!)
Wonder what she'll wear to the VMAs!

halloween EARLY! the dress got popped & she aint rockin the converse at all (stick 2 your heels sweety.) but love the hair esp since it cover that huge 5head she got.a longer hair look weaved, wigged & played out on her. she rock the shorter hair way better.
