LAPD Turns Chris Brown Case Over To D.A.

A report on Radar claims that the Los Angeles Police Department has turned over the Chris Brown/Rihanna case to the District Attorney's office (which had rejected it originally and handed it over to the LAPD). The case is not expected to change hands again.
Both parties are now currently back in LA from Miami and we're hot on Ri's bruised tale...
