Ne-Yo Spoke To Rihanna: "She's Fine"

Ne-Yo told MTV that he wanted to get the story on exactly what happened between Chris Brown and Rihanna on the night of the alleged incident straight from the horse's mouth before passing judgement.
The rapper reached out to both of his friends, and was able to speak briefly to Rihanna who told him she was "fine."
He's still waiting to hear back from Chris Brown, who, so far has only released a vague statement of apology, but Ne-Yo says he won't "crucify" Brown before he hears his side of the story.
But isn't Chris' non-communication pretty much an admission of guilt?
I'd say so!
