Nothing Can Rain On Rihanna's Parade!

Yesterday Rihanna was snapped in NYC, and a light shower of sprinkles didn't seem to put a damper on her mood! We caught the R&B songstress as she left a building in SoHo and arrived at her hotel, and of course, she showed off her slammin' bod in a super sexy strapless number. P.S. love those shoes!
Hmm, but what about those black claws of hers...haute or not?
