Rihanna Returns To Her Long Locks For American Idol Performance

Rihanna ditched her pixie cut for some long red curly extensions during her return to the small screen last night, performing "California King Bed" on American Idol.
RiRi showed off her softer side during the ballad (which she previously performed as a duet with Sugarland's Jennifer Nettles at the Academy of Country Music Awards), emerging from white flowy curtains and wearing a long white gown.
The songstress also revealed that some "VIPs" will be able to actually sit on stage with her during her upcoming tour!
Last night, the first guy went home on Idol, Paul McDonald. Did America get it right?
