But not at Mr. Chow - make that Philippe Chow! The R&B songstress dined at the NYC eatery last night, and rather than going with a more summery getup, Ri sported a pair of ripped pants, fringed booties and an ultra low cut top.
That's one of the things we love about Rihanna...her constantly changing sense of fashion is (almost) more interesting than the scandals that have been rocking her personal life!
And nakie pics and an abusive boyfriend are pretty hard to top!
