Rihanna & Katy Run This Town!

Rihanna headed back to one of her fave NYC eateries, Philippe Chow, with girlfriend Katy Perry in tow!
Rihanna, who just sang on Jay-Z's new track "Run This Town" seems to prefer the right coast these days, and with Katy in town doing a series of shows and appearances, the two were able to reunite for a girls night out. Well - sorta!
Katy, looking pretty in purple, was spotted leaving the restaurant with a mystery man...a rebound guy perhaps?
