Rihanna Not Happy Chris Has To "Stay Away"

After the hearing yesterday, Rihanna's attorney, Donald Etra said that there's one part of Chris' plea deal that Rihanna is extremely unhappy about: the "stay away" order Judge Patricia Schnegg instated for the duration of Brown's five year probation.
Under the terms of the order, Chris is not allowed to have any contact with her, and is required to stay at least 50 yards away from her (although that distance will be reduced to 10 yards at industry events.) Etra said Rihanna felt this was an unnecessary step, as the two have reunited without problems since the incident.
Five years is quite a long time for Chris to stay away from his ex-girlfriend, but there is a chance that the judge will revoke the order when Brown returns to court in August for sentencing.

obviously the judge is more intelligent than rihanna because she has the brains to say stay away from this guy. if she cant realize its the best thing to happen to her, then she's a stupid idiot.
Typically celebrities don’t actually do any work, they sit in a back room and read the paper. The judge is allowing him to do his community service in another state so how will the order ( 8 hours per day for 6 months) be enforced. A California judge has no authority over the Virginia agency in charge of the work.
This is another California celebrity justice reality show. Paris got 45 days in jail and had to do 23 which was 18 days longer than any other person sentenced to 45 days. This guy committed a violent felony and walks?
The real disgrace is that the judge and prosecutor let this plea go through. The judicial system in California is a disgrace to our entire country.
George, 90% of cases are settled by plea bargains, and this isn't just in CA. We don't have the time or resources to try hundreds of thousands of people, and this case is no different from any other. Rihanna is a complete idiot, and if this had gone to court he may have gotten off because SHE was the one who hit him first. I honestly think that he must have knocked her senseless because ever since then she had been walking around like she has no brain in her head. She obviously didn't learn anything from this, which is seriously sad.

The order is for HER to stay away from him too. At least the Judge has some sense even if Rihanna doesn't. How many women go back to men who beat them again. Oh, they have a little honeymoon period and thne BAM! The judge obviously know more about the case than we do.
