Before heading to the tattoo parlor on Saturday night in a raunchy T-shirt, Rihanna was snapped wearing this sexy outfit when she stepped out in Hollywood. While the starlet was wearing a bra, it was so sheer she still gave fans and photographers quite an eyeful. Hey, nothing shocks us anymore when it comes to her style, and after getting inked up, we don't blame her for changing out of these clothes and into something a little bit more comfortable.
Speaking of fashion, the 24-year-old R&B singer tweeted a shot of her November Vogue cover and wrote, "Mama I made it! Here's #2." And here it is:
