Rihanna "Perfectly Healthy" After Stumbling Offstage At A Concert In Australia

According to PopSugar, Rihanna was performing "Umbrella" with Chris Brown in Sydney, Australia earlier today, and the R&B princess stumbled off the stage and reportedly passed out! In the video below, you can see the sexy songstress grabbing her chest towards and exiting the stage before the song is completely finished.
However, a rep for Rihanna released the following statement to X17online: "It was very hot at the venue, so after Rihanna's set was over, she went off stage to sit down, catch her breath and have some water. She is perfectly healthy and will be at her show tomorrow."
