Fresh from a quickie trip to Hawaii, a makeup-free Rihanna was snapped in NYC this afternoon rocking a pair of seriously short floral bottoms. In fact, they're so teeny, the bottom part of her derriere is almost hanging out of the thigh-highs she's wearing underneath!
But hey, it's RiRi, and not only are we used to her pushing the envelope with her style, but she's got a bangin' bod, so why not show it off?
