STILL No Charges Filed Against Chris Brown!

Rihanna still hasn't filed charges against estranged boyfriend and alleged attacker, Chris Brown, and a spokesperson for the Los Angeles District Attorney's office tells In Touch Weekly, "We do not have enough evidence [to press charges] and there have been no charges filed on the Chris Brown case."
However, the DA spokesperson added, "If the state gathers up enough evidence, we will press charges with or without her testifying. It is not up to the victim." At this point that sounds like a big "if," but after seeing those pics of Rihanna's battered face, we can only hope that they'll find that extra evidence they need to punish Chris.
Chris is set to appear in a Los Angeles court on March 5, and despite previous reports that Rihanna will have to attend the hearing, the spokesperson for the DA's office said that she is not required to be there - the only way she would be forced to face Chris is if the case goes to trial.
Why hasn't Rihanna pressed charges yet?!

girl press charges..... don't let him get away with this. You have fans everywhere around the world looking up to you. Set the example, show them that abuse is not acceptable and press charges and don;t go back to that loser. No matter how many sorries he says, he will do it again. I know.

isnt enough for the state to run with charges they are a bunch of idiots, anyone else would still be in jail.
hey maybe they could have scraped some of chris's knuckle dna off her face. or maybe get his cell phone pings and see if he was in the area , maybe they could question people he talk to after the fight on his phone. maybe they could have done alot of things but cali is a freaking joke!
in cases like this the cop on the scene or emt should tell the victim to use a damp wash cloth to wipe their face , both parties dna will be left on the attacked area's , send the cloth to the lab to be tested, they should have steril packs, and use gloves and use it just like any other evidence investigation. just a thought a-holes
Maybe she's guilty of harassing him to hit her and also many other people not just he has stuff on her she doesn't want revealed. I think she is a hot head bitch that provoked him to direct and insane anger to escape her constant nagging and jealousy, poor guy.

I think she has good reason why she not filling charges and i know nobody can com between 2 people who are romatical involve. According to my perspetive i think they should sit down n solve the problems privately and this matter is between them because we dont know who started the fight

I heard that comment that Kanye made @ the VH1 show, I think hes more in the inner circle that TMZ.We nor the media are in the inner circle so ppl(media) use speculation to make up the minds of the public w/o any credible info. just that of unnamed "sources" close to this or that person(yeah, right) and poision the minds of the guillible ppl. that actually believe everything that TMZ posts. Because they know the ending that they need to stay credible, relevent, and entertaining with no regards for the lives, reputations, and careers of these teenagers, which is pretty lame if you ask me, so dont be surprised it you see them walking hand in hand soon, because no one knows what happened and I'm inclined to believe that noone(the public) ever will because its private and their right to keep it that way. LAPD obviously doesnt care b/c they know how high profile the case is and they didn't keep any of the facts or photos that they boasted about closely guarded (wouldn't be surprised if the LAPD "informant" made all of this up to sell photos from a car accident like her publicist originally stated)these two dont live to cater to the media's every entertainment driven whelm, this is real life not a reality show on E! No individual can file criminal charges. Only the DA can. This is why the case will be The State of California v Chris Brown, not Rhianna v Chris Brown.
