This is just maneuvering for the best possible plea deal. They are facing the same prosecutor who agreed to Lindsey doing 80 minutes in jail for her second DUI and having some coke in her pocket at the jail house so things are looking good for Chris. My bet is he will end up pleading guilty or no contest to a single misdemeanor battery charge. Probation, psycho babble, community service, and maybe some house arrest.

I think there is way more to the story then was told, in fact I know there was. Some of the things in the report were false. NO ONE not woman or man deserves to be hit or abused, no matter what. They want this cleared up quickly before it comes out that the police report or should I say what was told to police to put in the report some of it was not accurate, the text part is true, Rihanna getting mad is true what happened next and who was hit first so untrue. i feel sorry for him. He was always so polite and nice when i sked for autographs, etc. She was always rude. i heard that she has repeatedly hit him in the past and he did nothing but try and help her deal with her jealousy, possesiveness and insecurities about other women.
