What's Up With Rihanna's Celebrity Street Style?

We're usually big fans of Rihanna's street style, but we're kinda scratching our heads at what she was wearing when we spotted her at Fred Segal in Santa Monica on Tuesday.
The drapey black pants are cut weird and the jacket looks a little too constricting, and the over-the-top square sunglasses with horizontal stripes make us think she's trying to make Lady Gaga look conservative.
Oh, and lets talk about the hair too. Too high and too severe, don't you think?
Just. Not. Loving. It.
But we do have to give her props for the $1200 Alexander McQueen Pelle leather sandals. Love the spooky little skull zipper pulls!
