Robert Downey Jr. and his wife Susan are the proud parents of baby boy, Exton Elias.

The little bundle, weighing 7lbs. 5 oz., was born in Hollywood at 7:24am on Tuesday, their rep confirms.

Downey, 46, recently told Jay Leno:

"I don't wanna be presumptuous," he said. "But I think actually [the pregnancy] has been tougher on me [than Susan!]... Just the hormones on and the mood stuff and the nausea and the whole thing."

Careful, Robert! The Sherlock Holmes actor is also the dad to 18-year-old son, Indio.

Proud papa-to-be Robert Downey Jr. was beyond proud to show off his wife Susan Downey's pregnant belly at the Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows premiere.

The couple recently announced they're having a boy! Downey already has an 18-year-old son, Indio, with ex-wife Deborah Falconer.

Director Guy Ritchie held on tight to his gorgeous gal Jacqui Ainsley ... who just gave birth to their son three months ago. Whoa!

As for their on-screen ladies ... Rachel McAdams stunned in a shimmery Marchesa dress paired with Christian Louboutins and Amber Heard opted for a menswear-inspired ensemble. Dude looks like a lady ... clearly!

We're not sure if this is part of a scene from The Avenger or if Mark Ruffalo's fist-pumping because he's excited about Robert Downey, Jr.'s wife being pregnant!

The cast of of the Marvel film is going full-force in NYC's Central Park, shooting the upcoming superhero film due out May 4, 2012.

Producer Susan Downey, wife of Robert Downey Jr., is pregnant, her rep confirms to X17online!

Susan, 37, and Robert, 46, have been married for six years. They met on the set of the movie Gothika. The pair confirmed Wednesday that their first child together would be born early next year.

Downey Jr., 46, has a son Indio, 17, with ex-wife Deborah Falconer.

The actor said last year that he was hoping to have a child with Susan soon -- and that he wants a girl!

Congrats to the happy couple!

Robert Downey Jr. and his wife Susan were spotted shopping on Monday evening, and the box office superstar flashed X17 photogs his sexy smile before driving off in his Bentley.

RDJ is currently filming the yet-to-be-titled Sherlock Holmes sequel, and before we get to see him slip into his Iron Man suit for the Avengers movie in 2012, he's reportedly set to star in How To Talk To Girls, which is based off of child author Alec Greven's book of the same title. If only these two had been BFFs! Robert Downey Jr. is hitting the talk show circuit to promote Due Date and last night David Letterman asked him about Charlie Sheen. "We were in high school together," said RDJ. "We didn’t really hang out. I mean, it sounds like we could have really partied."

And does Downey have any words of wisdom for the fellow actor? "He's a grown man, what am I gonna say? The only advice I would give him is, you know, don't get arrested."

Last night Jude Law, Robert Downey Jr. and Guy Ritchie attended the UFC Ultimate Fight Night at the O2 Arena in London, and the Sherlock Holmes crew looked like they were having a blast. Hey, there's nothing more exciting than watching a couple of shirtless men clobber each other!

The boys are back in the UK to shoot the Sherlock Holmes sequel, which will be released in December of 2011. Can't wait for that!

But why did the Iron Man lose his cool?

We caught up with the brilliant actor last night outside Nobu in the 'Bu (along with his wife and another couple) and our photog only asked him a question or two before Downey inexplicably charged the cameraman.
