Talk about a headline, but that IS what Cosmopolis director David Cronenberg said to Robert Pattinson before filming a scene for the sexy thriller.

In an interview with Metro France, the 26-year-old Twilight star recalled the oh-so-direct moment on set. RPatz told the mag:

"Five minutes before we filmed, David told me, 'I want to see the bottom of your balls on the top of the frame.' At the moment, I reminded myself that I would do anything for him. So I went back to see him and told him that wouldn't happen."

As for how the director reacted, Pattinson adds, "He took it really well. At the start, it's a very bizarre scene that you won't see again in another movie, I promise."

Maybe it's the romantic atmosphere in Cannes, but Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, who usually keep their relationship under wraps, had a PDA-filled evening on a balcony in France for the world to see, on Thursday night.

The Twilight costars have never officially confirmed their relationship, but after this trip, there is no denying they're a couple!

"Robsten" was also photographed enjoying a steamy make out sesh at the Film Fest on Wednesday, after the premiere of Kristen’s upcoming flick, On the Road, and although they walked the red carpet separately, they were attached at the hip at the after party.

Earlier this month, the Snow White and the Huntsman star let slip to Elle mag, after seeing a copy of the Guy de Maupassant novel “Bel Ami” during the interview: “Oh my God, my ****** boyfriend just did this movie! The French, they’re up in arms that he did it.”

Kristen is expected to be by her man's side when his latest flick, Cosmopolis, debuts at the Film Fest tonight!

Robert Pattinson graced the cover of French mag Premiere's special Cannes May issue and the 25-year-old actor made quite the candid confession regarding director David Cronenberg and his upcoming film, Cosmopolis.

“Filming Cosmopolis with David changed something in me," the Twilight star said. "It gave me balls.”

“I have 5 projects lined up right now that follow the path that movie opened for me," he continued. "Before, I spent my time doubting myself. As soon as I read a script that I liked, I was working myself up, asking myself if I was good enough. Now, I tell myself: ‘F— it! If they want to hire you, go!”

What a confident statement from arguably Hollywood's next leading man! While many might not have known that about R-Patz's persona, it's refreshing to see what can happen when someone with his talent believes in himself.

Cosmopolis premieres at the Cannes Film Festival later this month.

We caught Rob Pattinson jetting out of LAX airport today, and rumor has it that the Twilight hunk is on his way to Washington D.C to rub elbows with Obama at the White House Correspondents Dinner tomorrow night. Looks like someone is going to need a suit and a shave!

A new still has been released from The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2, and here's yet another peek at Rob Pattinson and ladylove Kristen Stewart as the perfect vampire couple!

The final flick in the uber successful franchise hits theaters on November 16, and director Bill Condon has revealed that a new teaser will be released very soon!

“I’m excited to report that before too long we’ll have another trailer for you to decode," Condon wrote on the movie's Facebook page. "And wait until you see the first posters – they’re unlike any Twilight images you’ve seen before."

Lindsay Lohan left her usual haunt, the Chateau Marmont, last night around midnight and headed to the new Parisian cocktail bar Pour Vous, where she met up with Robert Pattinson and two of his friends!

The two were inside enjoying the new night spot for just over an hour and a half -- Rob left the bar around 1:45am and Lindsay left separately about 10 minutes later. Were these two enjoying French Champagne together and maybe a French kiss or two???
