The hot and heavy Twilight stars have leased a romantic pad in Bel Air together and we couldn't be more envious!
Rob Pattinson and Kristen Stewart's new lakeside house is 28,000+ square feet and includes one large main house (with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths) as well as a recently remodeled two story guest house (which has an additional master bedroom and bath), not to mention a private parking area...
Talk about a secluded hideaway! And how much does it cost a month? According to the property's official website, $22,500/month. Damn! Not that they can't afford it.
And equally - if not more - impressive: Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds' new home together!
The happy newlyweds recently purchased The Wong House (roughly 2,835 square feet) in the hills of Los Feliz for an estimated $2,900,000. Uh-huh, that's right. Did you expect a luxury condo?
ScarJo and Ryan's dream house includes an oversized swimming pool with views from downtown LA all the way to the ocean. There's also a giant master bedroom (with built-in mini garden) and two children's bedrooms that were converted to a library and office. There's also a guest bedroom and three full baths.

The house of Ryan and Scarlett is too small i square footage, especially if they're planning on a couple of kids.
The house leased by Patterson and Kristin is too large and reeks of conspicuous consupmtion.

The movie biz must not pay as much as people think.
I find the Rob/Kristen thing hard to believe especially since they won't be in LA for nearly 6 months starting shortly. Can't you all find something more believable to make up? What's the matter, you didn't get the money shot so you have to come up with something else?
Renting/leasing is stupid unless there is an option to buy included.
But I guess those 2 can afford it.

Hello... Rob and Kristen rented this house late spring/early summer and Rob and Kristen stayed in it while he filmed "Water for Elephants" this summer... Us Magazine or OK (forget which one) splashed pictures of their home on the cover of their magazine about a month ago. This is old news. Now that more pictures are splashed all over the internet, I believe Rob has moved out or is planning on doing so... the house is up for sale right now too. I'm sure the owner realizes someone may buy it BECAUSE Rob stayed there and he may just get his asking price or more... Oh well, Kristen has more shooting to do in "On the Road" in Kentucky and some other place and then they'll be together in Canada and Louisiana for Breaking Dawn. Really paps, just take your pictures and be respectful of these two young, shy people. Oh, I forgot... you can't do that because you are lower than pond scum...
