Is Twilight star Robert Pattinson heading to the high seas?
There's a rumor floating around on the internet that Disney is considering R-Pat for a role in the fourth Pirates of the Caribbean film.
No other deets are being provided and so far nobody is saying anything official.
But wouldn't be great to see Rob and Johnny Depp together on the big screen!
Don't you think Rob would be perfect as a pirate?

Johnny Depp and Robert Pattinson on one movie, I wish!! But ofcourse Johnny Depp will shine more than Rob since he s CAPTAIN JACK SPARROW. But Rob will be better than Orlando and might give the movie a fresh air to it. Hope this news is true
I do not really see the big attraction in Rob. In the movie Twilight he was okay. When he's not in a movie he has bushy eye brows.yuck. He's okay but not hot. I feel that JD can pull the movie okay without some of these new guys. OB was great as his sidekick. He was cute as button and has a likable character. Since we can't have Orlando back let Captain Jack rule the ocean with a female character.
If he is smart he will follow Kristen Stewart's lead and move toward films that show his acting chops, not just his good looks. That is just another franchise. Surely he won't be that stupid, unless that is all he really cares about. He has certainly been spouting a different attitude so this will be interesting. Kristen as Joan Jett. I hope she kills it. Very very smart girl but she's been that since childhood. Let's see if he follows her lead. He certainly was impressed with her resume when he took on Twilight. I'll be disappointed in him if he goes that route. My initial impression of him was the work, not the paycheck and fame.
