Robert Pattinson Celebrates Cosmopolis With An After-Party In Cannes

His new film Cosmopolis is getting mixed reviews in Cannes, but Robert Pattinson was still in a celebratory mood as he hit up the film's after party on, Monday evening -- minus girlfriend Kristen Stewart.
It was reported this week that the Twilight star was offered a coveted role in another popular saga, The Hunger Games, but apparently it was all just a rumor!
Pattinson revealed to USA Today: "I woke up this morning and saw all these things about me being cast in The Hunger Games. I was kind of curious for a second. So I called my agent. My agent was like, 'No...no one's going to offer you that part.' I was like, 'Thanks for the reassurance.'"
In Catching Fire, the character Finnick Odair is a charismatic, trident-wielding tribute who battles it out against Katniss Everdeen in a second tournament to the death. We think he'd be perfect for it!
