I think beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. Most of the actors and actresses nowadays are not what they used to be which is a classic beauty. I think it is good to praise someone for their uniqueness. I love Rob because he is so imperfect and he knows it. And despite that he still works hard, speaks his mind and is talented. Sure I get frustrated when he can't fully express himself or embody a certain character but I feel there is a lot of room for improvement.
