Twilight Director Warned Robert Pattinson About Hooking Up With Underage Kristen Stewart

Twilight director Catherine Hardwicke says she warned Rob Pattinson about getting romantically involved with co-star Kristen Stewart when she was just 17.
"After I cast him, I told Rob, Don't even think about having a romance with her," Hardwicke tells Time. "She's under 18. You will be arrested."
And according to Hardwicke, despite an intense attraction, Pattinson did heed her warning. On the first film, anyway.
"In terms of what Kristen told me directly, it didn't happen on the first movie. Nothing crossed the line while on the first film." Kristen did turn 18 after the first film was shot. "I think it took a long time for Kristen to realize, O.K., I've got to give this a go and really try to be with this person," Hardwicke said, "outing" the relationship they've tried to keep under wraps for so long.

Im Pissed that Catherine Hardwicke came out at all saying anything A its none of her business anymore and B Shes just trying to keep the spot light on her now that there is much better directors in the Twilight Franchise
I agree with you all starting with 2:13 and up. Excluding 11:40... CH is sh_ _ hole full of crazy and nobody including "us" knows what Kristen and Rob are doing. The tweenie or shippers whatever they are called need to grow up and get a life. Rob IS too old for Kristen then and now....and until they come out and say they are a couple everything else is just wishful thinking. Pictures of them walking arm and arm or Kristen holding on to Rob really proves nothing. Leave them alone.
The more I hear and read what Catherine Hardwicke has to say, the more I understand why she wasn't asked to direct New Moon.
