After exiting the shopping center, Rose had to deal with some major car drama, Tweeting, "L.A., you're really outdoing yourself with the traffic today. Well done, I'm proud of you."

There is a yummy Italian restaurant and a hair salon along the famed strip, and based upon how rockin' her bod looks, we would guess she passed on the pasta and curled her coif instead.
