Rose McGowan has just plunked down $1,390,000 on a 3,000 square foot, 4 bed/ 3.5 bath home in LA's Hollywood Hills neighborhood, and it's definitely a Charmed property.

The mid-century home rests atop a steep slope and boasts a two-car garage, a double-sided fireplace that divides the "formal" living and dining rooms, a custom designed built-in floating corner buffet, a backyard terrace, a gourmet kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, and an all-glass entryway.

The backyard is perfect for entertaining, with its cozy covered area complete with heaters, and an outdoor fireplace.

The Conan the Barbarian actress decided to "downsize," after recently selling her Los Feliz home in May for $1,775,000.

Rose McGowan plays a witch in the upcoming action flick, but the only thing she cast a spell on Thursday night was Hollywood. She looked like a glam mermaid as she stepped out in a floor-length blue-and-gold sparkly dress and sideswept, long auburn waves.

Other stars joining Rose for the Conan premiere included co-stars Ron Perlman and Jason Mamoa, plus Jason's girlfriend, actress Lisa Bonet.

But one thing Rose wants you to know is that you won't see hunky Jason fist pumping with the Jersey Shore cast anytime soon - he's no juicehead! (Though he is super hot - see pics and the video below!) The 37-year-old actress recently told the Advocate:

Jason’s a** is epic. When I saw his backside naked, I was like, 'Oh, my. He’s got a beautiful body,' because it’s not all Mr. Steroid. He looks raw and masculine."
