Someone loves her new 'do!
Yesterday Rose McGowan cruised around Beverly Hills showing off her freshly-dyed blonde hair, and the 39-year-old actress hasn't revealed whether the new look is for a movie role, but last night she tweeted, "New hair. Wanted to be Michelle Pfieffer in Scarface."
Hmm, we're still not sold on her lighter locks. Do you like the former Charmed hottie better as a blonde or a brunette?
