Picking up a few goodies at Loro Piana on North Rodeo Drive, Rosie Huntington Whiteley and beau Jason Statham spent Tuesday afternoon shopping in Beverly Hills, and the Victoria's Secret model looked chic in a striped top, leopard-print scarf and her fave pair of $2,650 Azzedine Alaïa multi-zipper stud ankle boots. Love those!

We can't help but notice that Miss Whiteley is still sporting a subtle diamond sparkler on her left ring finger, the very same ring she debuted in November.

Will the famous couple of nearly three years officially announce their engagement in 2012?

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley was spotted grabbings a few last-minute groceries at Joan's on Third on Christmas Eve, and when we caught the British beauty leaving the store, boyfriend Jason Statham quickly pulled up to get her. Looks like he's still taking his role as The Transporter pretty seriously!

While Rosie told Elle magazine last month that she's a fan of unconventional beauty ("There’s this idea that you have to have perfect teeth and your nose has to be the right size, but I think having a quirk shows your true identity," she says), it seems like fellow twentysomething starlet Blake Lively is a big fan of Rosie's knockout looks. "[She] is just perfect looking," Blake gushed in a recent interview. "Whether she's walking down the street, she looks so regal and elegant all the time and I love that." Indeed she does!

Fresh from a romantic weekend together in NYC, Jason Statham and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley couldn't keep their hands off each other as they did some last minute Christmas shopping in Malibu, on Sunday.

The gorgeous Victoria's Secret model landed her first big movie roll this year, replacing Megan Fox in Transformers: Dark of the Moon, and now her action star beau is looking to join the franchise as well.

Director Michael Bay is on-board to start work on the fourth film, and is looking to replace leading man Shia La Beouf with Rosie's real-life love.

And now that she has one major motion picture under her belt, the acting bug has definitely bitten Whiteley. She recently told MTV News: "I'm really hoping to do another movie. I'm working toward that, although I very much hope to stay in the fashion industry; it's my first love. We'll see what happens. I've got no idea."

Sigh, if only these two would make a reality show! They're far more interesting than Kim and company...

Yesterday we caught Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and steady beau Jason Statham shopping in New York City, and the lovebirds didn't seem to mind the attention from paparazzi photographers. Of course, they've been dating for almost two years now, so they're definitely used to it!

Rosie recently spoke with Harpar’s Bazaar about her brutal teen years (she's previously revealed that she was bullied because of her awkward appearance), and she told the mag that she was "a bit of an Ugly Betty" when she was 15. As you may know, Rosie began working as an intern at a modeling agency when she was in her teens, and pretty soon after she took the job, she was "discovered" and sent on auditions. Of course, it wasn't the smoothest transition -- Rosie joked that she would show up at castings "in trainers, with braids, a ton of makeup, plucked eyebrows ... [and] I had braces." Yikes!

Lending her beauty to help reopen the Marks & Spencer flagship store in Paris, France, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley looked drop dead gorgeous in a lacy LBD number while attending a party at the Fouquet's on the Champs Elysees Thanksgiving night.

Marks & Spencer’s Dutch chief executive, Marc Bolland said of his partnership with the Transformers star: “We’re delighted to be returning to France with our new store at the heart of Paris. We’ve had numerous requests from consumers in France for our food and clothing, so we’re pleased to be coming back to serve French customers once again."

The 24-year-old stunner, who's rumored to be engaged to fellow Brit Jason Statham, also models for Victoria's Secret and Burberry.

Model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has some advice for women everywhere.

At Christian Louboutin's book launch at Barney's in Beverly Hills, she told Fox that the designer's shoes make her feel "like a woman. ... very sexy ... every girl should be lucky enough to have them."

And what's the 24-year-old's advice for how the average woman can afford the $700 heels?

“If you can save up for a pair put away a dollar a week," she said. "It is really worth it!”

So ... it would only take about 14 years to buy a pair. We'll get right on it, Rosie!
