Will And Kate Coming To Hollywood
Posted on Mon May 2, 2011 01:45 PM PDT
Prince William and his new bride, Kate Middleton, are coming to the U.S. this summer, says royal family biographer Andrew Morton.
Morton reports that the two will come to Hollywood for a two-day visit in late June or early July, marking their first U.S. visit as a married couple. The couple haven't confirmed a honeymoon, though sources tell X17 it will be off the coast of Africa.
David and Victoria Beckham would also reportedly be involved with the visit, which makes sense since the two attended the royal wedding last week.
Maybe the couples could double date at some Hollywood hot spots; reports of post-wedding parties show that Will and Kate aren't afraid to have fun! Get all the details on the soirees (including who Prince Harry left with) after the jump!
Prince Harry served as master of ceremonies at the couple’s reception, and, of course, he gave a toast as the best man.
"He is naturally funny," a guest told The Daily Telegraph. The speech was supposedly "brilliant" and "laced with jokes at William's expense." But, the two also paid tribute to their late mother, Princess Diana.
Will and Kate, not to be outdone by other partygoers, stayed until 3 a.m. and danced to The Beatles classic, “She Loves You.â€
A lucky 300 guests were invited to Prince Charles' nighttime reception at Buckingham Palace.
Guests danced in the ballroom, the largest of the royal residence’s 775 rooms, and snacked on bacon butties, a bacon sandwich (the perfect greasy, late-night food) suggested by Prince Harry.
There was a disco ball, fireworks and food at the celebration. Dinner included salmon, crab, lamb and a sherry trifle, but an ice cream van was also present for some more casual treats.
Prince Harry left sans bow tie at about 3 a.m., but he was accompanied by a few fellow partiers, including Kate’s sister Pippa.
Harry’s ex, Chelsy Davy, left not with the prince, but with his cousins Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie.
The Queen did not attend, presumably to let the young ones let loose.
