Prince William and Catherine Middleton are gearing up to pay LA a visit (it's Kate's first time!), and they are going to have a special menu prepared exclusively for them by one of Beverly Hills' best chefs!

LA native and seasoned celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis, is hard at work on a custom-created menu fit for the Royal newlyweds!

The dinner will take place at the Santa Barbara Polo and Racquet Club on July 9 for a charity match, and an example of some of the dishes prepared include:

- A “light and colorful” pea pesto crostini, featuring pureed peas on toast, topped with half a cherry tomato

- California chopped salad with a mix of grilled lettuces, grilled corn, grilled shrimp, zucchini and crispy tortillas in a light lemon dressing

- Chicken Milanese, which features breaded chicken cutlets in a creamy tomato fennel sauce

Giada says these dishes are inspired by a combination of California's fresh fare, and her own Italian heritage.

William is set to participate in a match at the Santa Barbara Polo Club to benefit the American Friends of the Foundation of Prince William and Prince Harry.

Newly married Prince William and Kate Middleton will be in California July 8-10, and Wednesday morning St. James Palace released the details of their trip!

Will, 28, and Kate, 29, will meet with up-and-coming entrepreneurs at a reception at The Beverly Hilton on the 8th, followed by a meet-and-greet with politicians at the Consular General's Los Angeles residency.

Then, they'll be in Santa Barbara July 9 for a polo match, where Will will play and Kate will give out prizes. The match benefits American Friends of the Foundation of Prince William and Prince Harry.

That night, the couple will hits the red carpet for a BAFTA reception at the Belasco Theatre. William is the president of BAFTA and will make a speech.

On the 10th, they'll visit Inner City Arts, a program that helps disadvantaged children through art. That night, they'll attend a veterans' event at Sony Studios.

Will and Kate have made it clear since getting married that they want to try to live a normal life; they don't have a staff at their permanent residence in England. Princess Beatrice's Philip Treacy hat she wore to the royal wedding on April 29 has sold for $130,000 on EBay.

The buyer, who has chosen to remain anonymous, payed 81,100.01 pounds which is the equivalent to roughly $130K in U.S. currency. The 22-year-old princess, who is the daughter of Duchess Sarah Ferguson and Prince Andrew, released the following statement:

"It has its own personality, and I am so happy that we have raised the most incredible amount of money and can make an even bigger change for the lives of some of the most vulnerable children across the world."

All proceeds will go to UNICEF UK and Children in Crisis by way of Beatrice's Little Bee Initiative.

Buckingham Palace has released the official wedding photos from Prince William and Kate Middleton's nuptials yesterday and in them we see tradition but also a hint of a modern monarchy with a sense of humor.

The palace confirmed Saturday the couple won't be jetting off on their honeymoon anytime soon. The royal wedding site reported Prince William -- now Duke William -- will be back at work as a search and rescue pilot next week:

"The locations of both their private weekend before The Duke returns to work and their future honeymoon, which will be overseas, will not be disclosed in advance. The Couple have asked that their privacy be respected during the coming weekend and during their honeymoon."

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge (aka newlyweds Prince William and Catherine Middleton) slipped into something just a tad more demure for their royal wedding reception, which the Queen threw for them at Buckingham Palace following their Westminster Abbey nuptials.

Once again donning a dress designed by Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen, Kate donned a white strapless satin dress with diamante embroidering around her tiny waist, topped off with an angora cardigan.

As for Wills, he changed out of his Irish Guard uniform and into a classic monkey suit for the "intimate" 650-person reception.

The party started at 7:30 pm local time and could carry on all night with drinking, dancing and ... drunk food!

A priest could barely contain his excitement following the royal wedding and did cartwheels down the aisle!

After most of the guests had cleared out, the unidentified priest busted out two cartwheels down the aisle where William and Kate had walked as man and wife just minutes early.

The acrobatic man of God probably had no idea the cameras were still rolling when he performed his little tumbling act.

The most highly anticipated moment of the day was when Kate Middleton finally revealed her wedding dress.

A custom made ivory gown designed by Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen, which echoed Grace Kelly's classic lace gown.

Wedding dress designer to the stars, Vera Wang, who designed custom gowns for Jennifer Lopez and Jessica Simpson, called the gown "an emotional statement."

"She's made her very own strong personal statement as to who she really is, it's that she is really her own person, that she has a sense of her own elegance and what is appropriate," Wang said. "She's showing the world that she's not here to only dress for fashion, she's here to dress for herself in a very elegant and dignified manner and I think that says volumes about who she is and the task that lies ahead for her.

Wang's favorite part? The veil!

"She wore such a simple veil over such a beautiful dress in its classicism," Wang said. Of course, it the "simplicity" of the veil was topped off by a "halo" tiara lent to Middleton by the Queen herself!

David and Victoria Beckham wore matching dark blue outfits for the royal wedding -- Victoria one of her own designs and David in tails and a top hat.

Vic donned a "fascinator" hat by Philip Treacy, also word by Prince William's cousins Princess Beatrice and Eugenie of York. David wore a suit by Ralph Lauren.

The Beckhams were two fo the 1900 guests because David worked with then Prince William on England's World Cup bid.
