Last night Rumer Willis and her boyfriend Jayson Blair went out in Hollywood, and the lovebirds couldn't stop giggling when we snapped their picture.

Rumer and Demi Moore have reportedly started working on their relationship again, and apparently Jayson was the one who helped urge the actress to reach out to her mom. Rumer called Demi in late September, and a source tells Star Magazine, "Jayson has been telling Rumer for ages that she needed to forgive her mom and move on. She finally gave in and made the call. He knew that deep down Rumer really missed her mother and wasn't going to be happy until they made up."

A source added that the two met in person shortly after that, but things are still strained between them. So what caused the rift in the first place? Apparently the close relationship between Rumer and Ashton Kutcher ticked Demi off big time. Following Ashton's alleged affair with Sara Leal in 2011, Demi filed for divorce and had a now infamous meltdown, so we don't blame her for being angry at Rumer and Ashton for flaunting their friendship!

Rumer Willis was spotted running errands in Beverly Hills on Sunday, and the 24-year-old actress was dressed a bit on the casual side, looking either tired or under the weather.

While things seem to be going great with her sexy boyfriend Jayson Blair, it sounds like Rumer is still a bit isolated from mom Demi Moore. Back in August she celebrated her birthday with dad Bruce Willis and her sisters Tallulah and Scout, but Demi was nowhere to be seen. Maybe she was still ticked off about Rumer spending time with Ashton Kutcher earlier this year? We can't imagine that went down well...

Bruce Willis and Demi Moore's 24-year-old daughter partied at The Abbey in West Hollywood after hitting the 3rd annual amfAR Inspiration Gala in LA.

Rumer, sporting lighter locks, seemed dressed for prom, but regardless, the black tutu-inspired skirt paired with the flesh-colored top looked kinda cute.

So nice of Jayson to get his lovely lady a rose on the way out. We're lovin' Rumer's lighter locks, but the cut-out dress is up for debate.

It may have been over 85 degrees in Los Angeles yesterday, but Rumer Willis was determined to wear some fall clothes!

We snapped the 24-year-old actress going shopping at Maxfield, and it appears as though her brunette locks have faded quite a bit since we snapped her at the Entertainment Weekly Emmy party two weeks ago. After she's done with all her fall shopping, maybe she'll be making a trip to the hair salon? We def prefer her with a darker 'do!

But who's the guy she's chatting up? It doesn't look her beau Jayson Blair!

Rumer Willis, Krysten Ritter, Sofia Vergara and tons of Hollywood's TV stars were out and about over the weekend as a number of pre-Emmy parties took place, including Entertainment Weekly's bash at Fig and Olive and the Women In Film event in Beverly Hills.

Here's one we didn't expect: On Tuesday afternoon 18-year-old Tallulah Willis was snapped passing out resumes at Healthy Spot dog groomers and Theory in WeHo!

While retail and pet care are two totally different things, let's keep in mind that Bruce Willis and Demi Moore's youngest daughter is likely looking for an entry level job, and since she loves animals and clothes, she'd probably be pretty good at either gig! Tallulah was later seen hanging out with her boyfriend and her dog, and after that we snapped the young starlet gassing up at a local pump. See, she's just a normal teenage girl!

While it may seem odd that Tallulah isn't relying on mom and dad's money (after all, both of her parents are worth a combined total of around $300 million), big sis Rumer did the same thing after dropping out of USC, opting to work at the Marc Jacobs boutique in Beverly Hills in 2007. In a 2009 interview, Rumer told the Daily Mail, "I was not one of those girls who was given a Lexus to drive at 16; I had a Subaru Outback and had to earn it. [When working at Marc Jacobs], I didn't get special treatment. I was on the shop floor selling clothes and if a customer wanted to try on half the store and then decided not to buy anything, I'd have to pick everything up and put it back on the hangers."

Rumer added, "I think getting a job is important for children growing up in LA, because otherwise you might fall into the trap of thinking everything comes for free. Then you have the harsh realisation when you become an adult that it’s not the case."
