Rumer Keeps It Simple

You can call her whatever you want, but I like Rumer Willis. She seems nice, down to earth and comfortable with herself. Though I don't always approve of her outfit choices, I love the simple, casual look she has going on here. You don't have to get all dolled up when you're out in public, and Rumer knows that.
But maybe some dark sunglasses next time?

Rumer is a nice girl. Crown highlights, a soft wave and a chest length layered cut will soften her jawline.
I too think that Rumer needs to grow her hair longer- this will make her chin look smaller. AND she needs to do something with her posture, coz that's just gross!
